How It Works

Most roof treatments sit on top of the surface. They look good at first, but over time they wear away, peel, or wash off.
GoNano works differently.
The particles used in GoNano treatments are incredibly small; thousands of times smaller than the thickness of a sheet of paper. That size allows them to penetrate deep into the microscopic pores of materials like asphalt shingles, wood, and concrete.
Once inside, the particles bond within the structure of the material itself. Instead of creating a surface layer, GoNano reinforces from the inside out, helping surfaces become stronger, less brittle, and more resistant to weather and aging.
Because the protection is internal rather than superficial, it lasts longer and performs better than traditional coatings, all without changing the appearance of your roof.

Colben Enterprises is owned and operated by Mike and Tracy Cole, and Curtis and Teresa Benson. Mike and Curtis have a long history of working together, beginning with their early careers in door-to-door sales. Curtis brings decades of carpentry experience, while Mike’s background in commercial and farm insurance offers valuable insight into the challenges Prairie homeowners face.
After witnessing the impact of repeated hail and wind claims in the region, the families saw a clear need for stronger, longer-lasting surface protection. When should I apply GoNano technology to my roof?

It isn’t so much the age that matters but rather the current condition of a roof. You will of course benefit greatly from applying GoNano NuRoof FortifyTM to a younger roof (up to 5 years old) however our GoNano NuRoof ReviveTM product is perfect for older roofs (from 6 to 20 years). The sooner you apply GoNano NuRoof FortifyTM or GoNano NuRoof ReviveTM, the sooner you benefit from GoNano’s anti-aging properties.

How much does the GoNano treatment cost?

The cost of a GoNano treatment depends on several factors, including your location, the complexity of your roof, and its current condition. Features like the pitch of your roof, gables, and overall accessibility can also impact pricing. We reccomend reaching out to us for a free roof assessment.

What is the warranty period on GoNano technologies?

Depends on the product:

GoNano NuRoof FortifyTM product  and labour is guaranteed for 15 years.*
GoNano NuRoof ReviveTM product and labour is guaranteed for 10 years.*
GoNano Bio-Boost product and labour is guaranteed for 5 years.*
GoNano Concrete and Wood Saver product and labour are guaranteed for 10 years.*

The treatments applied by our approved installers are guaranteed for a period that can vary according to the type and condition of the surfaces at the time of installation. The warranty is fully transferable in the event of the sale of your home on GoNano NuRoof FortifyTM and GoNano NuRoof ReviveTM.

Does the technology change the appearance of the roof?

Yes, for the better. The treatment helps restore the original appearance of your roof, while modifying and improving it.

Does the application of the product void the warranty from shingle manufacturers?

No, GoNano does not void any of the current shingle manufacturer warranties. GoNano has undertaken a comprehensive legal assessment with our law firm to confirm this for the leading shingle manufacturers such as IKO, Owens Corning, BP, and GAF.

What is nanotechnology?

Science at the nanoscale.
One meter is equivalent to one billion nanometers. To put it in simpler terms, 1 Nano particle is 30,000 times smaller than a human hair! Nanotechnology is science, engineering and technology performed on particles ranging from 1 to 150 nanometers, which makes it infinitely small.

What does your service include from start to finish?

We start by assessing your roof and recommending the right GoNano product based on shingle age and condition. You’ll receive an initial estimate, followed by a full roof inspection where our approved installers confirms measurements, checks coverage, and provides photos. From there, we give you a guaranteed quote.

Once approved, we schedule the application day. Weather delays won’t affect your price, and no deposit is needed. On installation, we reseal roof penetrations, prep the gutters, and apply the treatment. The surface must stay clear for 4–6 hours and fully cures in 7 days.

IS THE WARRANTY TRANSFERABLE?

Yes. GoNano NuRoof FortifyTM and GoNano NuRoof ReviveTM include a transferable warranty.
